The half of IT that only gets noticed when it fails
Endpoints, identity, networks, backups and the service desk at 3am. Unglamorous, entirely load-bearing, and the discipline most technology partners quietly decline to take on.
Talk about your estateWhat we run
Four areas, one team
Modern workplace and endpoints
WorkplaceDevice lifecycle from procurement to secure disposal, zero-touch enrolment, patching, configuration baselines, and identity and access management that survives an audit.
Virtual desktops
WorkplaceHosted desktops and application delivery for distributed teams, contractors and anyone whose data should not live on the machine they carry.
Infrastructure monitoring
24×7Servers, networks, storage, backups and certificates watched around the clock, with capacity trends that surface a problem before it becomes an incident.
Network and endpoint security
SecurityEndpoint detection and response, data loss prevention, policy enforcement across multi-site networks, and the patching cadence that closes most of the real risk.
Taking something on
How a handover actually works
Most managed IT engagements go wrong in the first month, because the estate was inherited rather than understood. We spend that month understanding it.
Every device, every service, every certificate, every account with elevated rights, and every backup that has never been restored. You get the findings whether or not you go ahead with us — including the ones that are awkward.
The unpatched, the unmonitored, the unbacked-up and the shared administrator password. This comes before any improvement programme, because you cannot improve an estate you cannot see.
Monitoring, patching, service desk and incident response against agreed response times, with a runbook per service so the answer does not live in one person's memory.
A review with the numbers behind it: what broke, what it cost, what we changed, and what we recommend next. Including where we think you are spending money on something you no longer need.
The service desk
AI-assisted, human-owned
The assistant drafts, retrieves and triages. It does not close your ticket and it does not decide your incident is resolved.
What the assistant does
Reads the ticket, finds the relevant runbook and past incidents, drafts a first response, and routes it to whoever should own it. Fast, and reviewable.
What a person does
Everything that changes your systems or closes your ticket. A named engineer owns each incident from raised to resolved, and you can reach them.
What we will not do
Let an automated reply count as a response for the purposes of a service level target. If nobody has looked at it, the clock is still running.
Start with the audit
You keep the findings either way. If the honest conclusion is that your current arrangement is fine, that is the conclusion you will get.
