Terms of use

These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of any engagement with us — that is a separate signed contract, and where the two ever disagree, the contract wins.

Effective 30 July 2026

Agreeing to these terms

By using uvam.ai you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

We may update them. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and because this site's revision history is public you can see precisely what changed.

What this site is

It describes who we are, what we build and what we operate. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract between us.

Descriptions of our services, our platforms and our capabilities are general. What we will actually do for you, to what standard and by when, is defined in a signed statement of work and nowhere else.

Accuracy, and where we mark our own limits

We try hard to keep this site accurate, and we mark the places where it is not certain rather than smoothing them over. Statistics carry the qualifier that explains where the figure came from. Platforms that are still being built say so instead of appearing finished. Uptime and latency figures are illustrative until the live health probes are wired to them, and every surface that shows one says so beside it.

Even so, content can go out of date between the moment we write it and the moment you read it. Do not treat anything here as professional advice for your particular situation, and do not make a decision that matters on the strength of a web page. Ask us.

The content on it

The text, design, graphics and layout of this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. The UVAMAI and MIRAI names and marks are ours.

You may read the site, print it, and quote from it with attribution — quoting us accurately is welcome. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you when we do not.

Our source code is a separate matter. Where we publish a repository, it is governed by the licence in that repository, which grants you more than this page does.

Using the contact form

Send us your own enquiry, about something real. Do not use the form to send unsolicited marketing, malicious content, or anything unlawful, and do not submit personal data about someone else without a reason to.

We rate limit submissions to keep automated abuse impractical. If you hit that limit while trying to reach us legitimately, email hello@uvam.ai — that route always works.

What we do with your enquiry is set out in our privacy notice.

Availability

We aim to keep this site up and we run it carefully, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Availability commitments for services we operate for you live in your contract, where they carry actual remedies.

Security testing

If you find a vulnerability in this site, we would like to know. The reporting route, what we commit to in return, and the boundaries we ask you to stay inside are set out on our trust page.

Testing in good faith within those boundaries is welcome. Degrading the service for other people, or reaching into data that is not yours, is not.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where consumer law gives you rights that these terms cannot remove, those rights stand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applying to UVAMAI Technology Services as the registered entity operating this site, and disputes about the site fall to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Where you engage us under a signed contract, that contract states its own governing law and jurisdiction, and those provisions apply to the engagement rather than these.

Getting in touch

Questions about these terms go to hello@uvam.ai. If something here reads as though it was written to be unreadable, tell us — that would be a bug, not a feature.
