Access to the craft
In buildReal machines, real tooling and real codebases for people who have the aptitude but not the equipment. Learning to build on a borrowed phone is a handicap nobody should carry.
Apprenticeship, not charity
In buildPlacements alongside working engineers on live projects, because the gap between a course and a job is closed by shipping, not by another certificate.
Employment for deserving candidates
In buildWhere someone is good enough, the intended outcome is a job — with us or with a partner. Globally, and judged on capability rather than on which institution issued the paperwork.
Where this stands today
Year one, stated plainly
The commitment is in the bylaws and the programme repository exists; the build lands in a later phase. We would rather publish that sentence than imply results we have not yet produced. When there are numbers to report, they will be reported here annually.
Work with a company whose accounts point somewhere useful
Every engagement funds a share of this. That is the whole idea.
