1. Executive Summary & Data Sovereignty

UVAMAI Technology Services (“UVAMAI”, “we”, “us”) operates enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, cloud hosting, and sovereign AI engine platforms (MIRAI CRM, MEIVERSE, MIRAI Task, MIRAI HRMS). Data sovereignty is a foundational principle of our operational architecture. Client data hosted within private VPCs or regional data centers remains strictly isolated and encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 standards.

2. Information Collection & Purpose

We collect and process data strictly for operational, support, and security compliance purposes:

• Account & Identity Data: Corporate name, business email, phone number, and identity credentials required for single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Infrastructure Telemetry: Endpoint logs, CPU/RAM performance metrics, patch states, and network flow logs processed by MEIVERSE for automated threat detection.
• Service Desk Interactions: Transcripts, ticket metadata, and response timestamps processed by MIRAI Task AI Service Desk for automated resolution.

3. AI Training & Zero-Retention Guarantee

Zero Customer Data Training: Customer data, private vectors, documents, and service desk interactions processed by UVAMAI AI engines or LLM deployments are never used to train foundation models or shared with third-party model providers. All RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) vector stores are customer-dedicated and cryptographically isolated.

4. International Compliance Frameworks

UVAMAI complies with international data protection laws including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP 2023), and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 on Personal Data Protection.

5. This Website

No cookies, no consent banner. uvam.ai sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. There is no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking script on any page — the only external origins the site is permitted to contact are the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge widget on our forms and MIRAI CRM.

What we count. Page views are recorded on our own servers. Each record holds the path visited, the referring website’s hostname, a coarse screen-size band, and the time. To count returning visits within a single day without identifying anyone, we store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser user-agent combined with a random value that is regenerated every day and never written down. Your IP address itself is never stored, and yesterday’s hashes cannot be recomputed or linked to today’s.

Forms. What you type into a form on this site is sent to MIRAI CRM so we can reply to you. We record that a submission succeeded — never its contents — against the page it was sent from.
