What the work actually produced.

We run our own global firm on the same ecosystem we sell. These are the architectures behind that — the constraint, the decision, and the number it moved.

How UVAMAI runs four global hubs on MIRAI Task

UVAMAI Technology Services (Internal Case Study)

Managing 24×7 client support across Sydney, Chennai, Dubai, and Mexico City with zero handoff latency.

Handoff latency
< 60s
P1 incident response
4.2 min
Annual support tickets
14,000+
The constraint

A ticket crossing four timezones has to arrive with its context intact. Handed over by email it loses half of it; handed over by reassignment it loses its owner.

What we built

Built MIRAI Task with automated follow-the-sun ticket migration. Tickets automatically transfer to the active regional desk with full AI-generated context summaries.

What changed

Reduced mean-time-to-resolution (MTTR) by 64% and achieved 99.8% customer satisfaction score across 200+ managed clients.

Multi-cloud monitoring for a logistics network, on MEIVERSE

Enterprise Logistics Network

Monitoring 200+ hybrid endpoints across AWS, Azure, and Hostinger bare metal with automatic failovers.

Monitored endpoints
240+
Automated failover
Sub-second
Infrastructure savings, year on year
38%
The constraint

Legacy monitoring tools failed to correlate cross-cloud latency spikes across hybrid AWS VPCs and Hostinger partner nodes.

What we built

Deployed MEIVERSE Telemetry Agents with distributed pulse checks and eBPF kernel level packet tracking.

What changed

Eliminated 100% of unhandled outage incidents through automated DNS failovers and instant alerting.

Automating international payroll on MIRAI HRMS

Global Tech Consulting Group

Automating multi-currency payouts and local regulatory compliance across Australia, India, and UAE.

Less time spent processing payroll

Statutory filings accurate
100%
Countries supported
4
The constraint

Three countries, three statutory regimes — Australian superannuation, Indian provident fund, and Dubai WPS — each reconciled by hand against a different spreadsheet before anyone could be paid.

What we built

Implemented MIRAI HRMS with localized compliance rulesets, automated tax withholding calculations, and integrated multi-currency bank payouts.

What changed

Pushed monthly payroll processing from 5 business days down to 4 hours with 0 regulatory audit flags.
